  • Windows 95/98/NT
  • 64 MB of RAM (Recommended)
  • 800 x 600 monitor resolution

--- Windows 7 ----

There are some problems with using NeatTools with Windows 7. Mostly, this has to do with editing parameters. There is a “Microsoft XP mode” VM free download ([2]). It works fine so far, including accessing a USB-to-serial converter and running TNG-3B. It should be fine for programming at least without the Win7 quirks, and then ntl’s can be run under Win7 or XP on the same machine. So no need for VMWare.
