- Download the most recent version of [1].
- Extract this file to the location of your choice. (e.g. C:\NeatTools\) The program executable is oopw.exe.
- Congratulate yourself on a job well done.
System Requirements
System Requirements for NeatTools are incredibly minimal:
- Pentium PC 133MHz or higher
- Windows 95/98/NT
- 64 MB of RAM (Recommended)
- 800 x 600 monitor resolution

There are some problems with using NeatTools with Windows 7. Mostly, this has to do with editing parameters. There is a “Microsoft XP mode” VM free download ([2]). It works fine so far, including accessing a USB-to-serial converter and running TNG-3B.
